Left Trigger Right Trigger

Join us every other week as we convene the 'video game book club.' Each episode is structured around a topic: anything from 'Trust' to 'Robots' to 'Body Parts'. Listen in as your hosts each bring a game to the table that they think exemplifies that topic in some way. Give us a shot, won't you?

In celebration of No Man's Sky's final launch out of its Beta phase and into the full fledged game it was meant to be, your hosts at LTRT have put together this show on the subject of "Beta." While thee inventory management simulator NMS has finally turned into the game it was meant to be, that isn't the case for other games caught in a perpetual Beta state. Giovanni explores how Betas just ruin games forever. Greg asks important questions about the role Betas play in esports. Colin makes reference to Le Internationale, but doesn't follow through. Dave settles an argument that somehow involves Mothra.

We'd like to thank all our listeners who have tuned in for the early access version of this podcast. As we work to create the audio discussion show that we know it can be, we always welcome your feedback. You can leave a bug report on our Facebook or Twitter. Subscribers to our extreme early access can also watch exclusive video content on our YouTube Channel. And as always, feel free leave idle conjecture on when we'll finally nerf Dave on Apple Podcasts

Games discussed include Fortnite Battle Royale, Wrecked, Arms, and Dota 2
